I have a CF Moto X400 quad, its actually my second one, flipped the first one and wrote it off literally the morning it was supposed to have its first service. It hasnt had a hard life, mainly bought for mrs to potter round feeding calves, bringing cows to the shed etc and done a bit of spraying but its been a good bike for the money, hasnt had anything go wrong in the 12 months we've had it and 2 year parts and labour warranty is good piece of mind.

Guy down the road has one - a SxS. Goes well but it's only employed on light duties.

He had a couple of minor issues within the first couple of months - I recall a cooling hose clamp broke and the pipe popped off... nothing that a new clamp couldn't cure. Aside from that it's been perfect. Any OEM could have that issue. Support was good. Spares were available. Overall I'm impressed with it... but I bought a Honda.

Both the Korean and Chinese stuff has come along way in the last 5 odd years. Both in terms of engines , handling and styling.
See if you can organise a test ride and see if the bike fits you and feels good on the road.
The other issue is parts, check they are available and the prices are acceptable . I have heard some nightmare stories on some of the Korean parts both in terms of getting them and very high prices.

I don't know anyone with a CF Moto but had a mate with Hysong and he had a great run out of it. A lot of well priced Jap stuff out there also.
