    As a workhorse type vehicle you would expect the towbar to be a standard fitting.

    Bit like how they sell a vehicle then add on road costs, if it needs more money to be road legal then they are selling an unfinished product in my book, but then I'm never likely to ever buy a new vehicle anyway.
