    New hilux

    I need a new work ute , I think I've cracked a deal on a hilux . Auto 4x4 not SR 5 . 5 year warranty and 5 year service .
    Pros and cons ? Please

    unless they have improved the clutch and fuel pump since I brought one a few years ago I would not touch one again

    Unlike Ford it will still be worth something down the track . That models been around you ain't the guinea pig
    Doesn't matter what anyone says its the most popular ute in NZ. Thanks to Crumpy. Of course like the Ford Holden argument some refuse to look at the facts ha ha . Enjoy ..

    Complete new Toyota ute coming out in 2015. Just to catch the FORD up. Good deals on Toyota, Holden, Nissan, Mitzi's because they can't move em and 2013 is goooonnnneeee!

    I duck down in public if ever unfortunate enough to be in a ford.
    Our fleet manager at work reckons they are having major issues with the new ford utes since changing from Toyota.

    Huge fleet so not sure on percentages. Could be teething problems every new model seems to have?

    do you understand the marketing on the 5 year warranty?
    Dealers make no money selling vehicles. They make great money fitting accessories, servicing and repairing them so why not lock the customer in for five years instead of the traditional three. see where this is going? high servicing costs for five years to retain the warranty.

    A mate bought a new navara 4 years ago, he got the new hilux a year ago and handed the navara to his employee. he now wants his navara back.
    If i could have a full time job shooting pests i'm up for over time.
