loosen the stem on the steerer, rotate the fork 180° and tighten up the stem again.
Just to clarify, in case you don’t know much about bikes (no offence): loosen the screws on the side of the steerer, NOT the one on the top. That one should only be just tight enough to take out any play, otherwise you will crush the bearings.
