Bought new 2014 only 90k, use all terrain tires, she's got a few dings & dents, so it in a good space to take on the rough stuff. Served & warranted once a year, used to be Subaru but too (deer) now Crow sport. Personally I would a bit more power so the XT but that's a steep climb finacially. CTV, yip it's no race car, with a 2.5 & the size of the car wasn't expecting it to be. Is comfortable, realiable & nice to drive, economy is pretty decent. For me buying new & keeping a long time is the stratergy, so have to be happy with your choice. Outback is a good compromise, 90 % of driving is on tarmac, happy so far.
