Thread: Another year, another Central North Island Get-together

Just got home and have cleaned up and been fed and watered. It was great evening and met some more forum members and put faces to forum handles (always a pleasure). I really appreciate that Simon generously gives of his organisational abilities, time and venue as these occasions serve each of our need for time for self.

Yes Maca and I solved all the problems of the world (which always happens when we get together) and as we go through the list the solutions are either “fuck em” or “shoot em” …. Oh except the one where we came up with the solution to two major global issues by deciding that feeding the homeless to the hungry was probably a good idea.

There's every possibility that Ross will have resat and passed his drivers licence, including the reversing bit, by then, so yeah, we could all be go for an Autumn one. Will just have to get A into G and amass some more ripping yarns over the holiday period to swap around the fire
