    I don’t personally believe in the theory that having a smaller pack means you take less. I believe that how much you take is based on your personal discipline. Go the larger capacity, then you have ample room for meat. I use an 85L Osprey for anything one night or more. If it’s got bugger all in it then sweet as. It compresses down to the size of a smaller one but then has heaps of space if I need it when I shoot an animal.
