The best knife sharpener by far!

I have had one of these for years and been meaning to post about it except its never here as mates keep borrowing it!
It swivels the knife 180 by just pulling the the clamp out and turning.
A 2 second job compared to unbolting and flipping over.
I had to borrow it back as all my knives need dealing to!

    Looks the biz alright

Sharpening a knife by hand is an art form attempted by many but mastered by few.

Any chance I can borrow it

    Cheers

I saw an old fellah using one like that at the Sika show last year. The knives were insanely sharp.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.

Especially when ya finish them with an arkansas polishung stone.
Its good when the knives are sharp as it dosnt hurt as much when ya cut ya finger tips off!

Yep I bought a 6 peice set years ago, bloody expensive but buy once cry once.
Havung a wife and three boys its a miricale that there is still 4 in the knife block.
Its going to be great when the little buggers leave school get a job and then they can loose and break their own tools and knives!
Then I only have to deal with the wife stealing my tools and taking them to her work (kindy) and then denying she hasn't touched them!

I know that feeling, but also in hindsight I must have pissed my father at times. He used to lock his good stuff away!
