Thread: Bum Bags

Getting back to the original topic and away from arses - I use the Stoney Creek bumbag that can expand into a small backpack - I find it really good and my mate that I hunt with uses one too. I carry all the same stuff as others have listed here except I can recommend a few sections of reinforcing tie wire wrapped up in 50mm wide pvc tape (which I also carry). This is the tiewire that steelfixers use for tying reinforcing steel and to me it's the no 8 wire of the bush.
Placefakers and other outlets sell it for $5 a bundle and I use it all the time. It'll rust pretty quick so keep it dry but you can bend it by finger and fix a deer's foot that has popped out of the tendon slot when ya carry them, rig a lost rifle sling swivel pin, all sorts.

The only thing is that some places sell the silvery galv. stuff which bends once, twice, then breaks. Get the black stuff.
