    Any reason why you would want to concoct your own linseed explosion?

    I just use reproofer - paint it on and use a heat gun or hairdryer to give it that smooth professional finish.
    Pop the tin a small pot with boiling water to help spread.

    Coz I am a pyromaniac, and the Mrs is away for a shooting comp, so I have free reign in the kitchen

    Naa, seriously, I have all the ingredients here, so thought it would be fun to try my hand at making my own waterproofing concoction.
