Welcome to the fourm AK John
Have you got any Hootchies?
My last two have perished and ripped ......... they only lasted me since 1983 .... and they were not new issue then either.
Only got my Mess kit and No1 shoes left now.
Cheers
Pete

Check on Trade Me guys!! probably someone on this forum has blatted around on the tanks advertised, a scorpion Papakura way. Bone and gut with every shot wot.
A first post of that nature does sound dodgy. I see at least 20 others have already checked his profile too.
FYI guys
Some stolen DF property was sold on here last year.
1st we knew of it was contact by MPs
Gear was recovered and ex employee charged.
Big brother/s is watching
How do I get a job trolling thru this shit for the Govt, Rushy a good retirement fund for us!
While on the subject of ex-mil/surplus equipment who uses it?
There use to be quite a bit of the German jackets out there. I have an army poncho which I have never used and a gore-tex bivy bag in camo which I have never used.
I get by quite well with my Stoney Creek/Hunters Element/Macpac/Crapmandu gear
He's having a nana now. You'll have to wait till he wakes up @Pengy
I've a German army parka that I bought from a surplus store in Berlin in 2002, it was located a few metres down the road from Checkpoint Charlie. It's good and warm but it's never been cold enough in Auckland for me to wear it. I really miss my Royal Navy great coat which was stolen in S.A. Warm as.
Used to have a couple of those German army sleeping bags - the ones with the arms and stuff, not sure what happened to those...
this thread got my ATTENTION:sarge: But seems dodgey:wtfsmilie:
iuse ex army camogear ,pack sleeping bag and my belt kit from my TF days.mind you have an assortment of different camo gears anyhow.in my case i just used what i had when i started goose/duck shooting and priodically willad to the plant if required. Its reasonably cheap and does the job.
