I like a down jacket for glassing, sitting around camp at night when you are cold & hungry, they make a nice pillow & you can wear them to bed if it became necessary, the trick is keeping them dry down there?

I have the Edith so a bit of everything. Not planning on spending hours upon hours on the tops glossing (previous experience tells me I will be in the cloud most of the time anyway) and the big boys rarely walk out to far into the open.
