One thing which hasn’t been mentioned yet is a mosquito net. If you’re sleeping in the tray you’ll want the tail gate down or canopy open for fresh air, but you don’t wanna get eaten alive by mozzies. Bit of netting to cover up the open gaps makes all the difference.
