    Good Knife?

    Hey guys
Im looking for a decent hunting knife basically just for skinning, butchering goats and deer. I don't mind second hand or new as long as its decent and reasonable price( on a student budget). cheers

And put a loop of brightly coloured paracord through it so you can loop ur fingers thru and never slip onto blade. Plus easier to find if you drop. Yes I know bahco is bright anyway but first thing for me on any new knife: the trusty loop. It's naked without it!

Banco is ok, but why not go for kiwi goodness, Svord makes great knives and there kcs (kiwi curved skinner), with a bright orange polypropylene handle or the cs ( curved skinner), which is the same thing with a wooden handle are about 80 and 90 bucks, both feature high carbon blades that will take a wicked edge and will hold it better than the bahco IMO, it will need to be oiled to prevent spot rust/discolouration, but wor a working blade that should not bea problem, both come with a leather sheath and a loop for a steel I think, not affiliated just saying...

One of the shorter Victorinox boning knives (13cm) will do everything you need.

I have a SOG field pup which I absolutely love. Holds an edge super well now that I'm sharpening it on a much steeper angle than before.

If you have parents or a girlfriend, knives are an easy gift for them. Give them a make and model and point them towards the shop

Why would you put a Russian hitman on a .223? Seems a waste of time and energy.

    People from Morrinsville are weird
