    My experience with the following.
    Lansky is ok on smaller knives, not so good on larger knives
    Scary sharp is good on larger knives, straighter the better. Gets fiddly with smaller blades.
    Tormek is hard on your wallet. Does most other edged tools in addition to knives, although requires purchasing extra jigs. A real legacy tool though.
