Unfortunately there are exceptions! A mate of mine got charged for having an offensive weapon, and you know why? He had a wheel-brace in the boot of his car.
That would be bullshit or you only got half the story.
No way would that stand up in court, the police prosecutor wouldn't even run it.
I'd say he got into a fight and went and got the wheel brace out of the car to use.
