The blow up pillows are also good for glassing ( well deflated ) when you have a fractured tail bone.
I have two inflatable pillow sizes for either a sleeping matt or stretcher.
Another tip for restless sleepers if you have a sore lower back or hips is to put a pillow between your knees when side sleeping.
Sure it will fall out when you turn over in your sleep, but it actually can relieve that dull pain enough to get to sleep better
