Thread: Lowa boots

Hey guys was pretty gutted to find my Soles on my lowa rangers that have not been used very much Have had a glue failure both boots are doing it the vibram sole is falling off the boots were stored in the cupboard for a few years new until my old pair gave up I’m not sure weather to contact lowa or just get a cobbler to pull the vibram rubber off and reglue it .

Its not glue failure - its the PU compound turning solid like cottage cheese and pushing the Vibram off
Lack of use is the problem and maybe humid storage

Bennett's in Invercargill do a great job (cost 150- 180ish)

only if the uppers were pink i would have keen on a pair then again if i wear chaps all the time nobody would see the purple

I used Bennetts in Christchurch for my last repairs they were awesome dropped them off and had them couriered back to me.

The size of that pair - is - 7.5 UK
If they were 10+ they be gone in a flash for 300
