A mate went to Australia a few months back and bought a NX8 2.5-20x50 and a 2.5-10x42 the same price the NX8 is here in NZ.

Aussie your best bet doing it legally through their customs.

Yes it was 2 scopes with the correct customs paperwork and had the Aus gst taken off at the airport. A bloody good deal for the exact same price that Hardyrifle engineering sell a NX8 2.5-20x50 F1 for.

Considering that NF and Delta are both made by OLI in Japan ( NF being US assembled ) is NF worth twice the price for a slightly heavier tube ? The Delta scopes are optically the same or better some say than NF

Just stumbled on this old thread.
The new model for Nighforce sales in NZ is now through nightforce NZ.
I am now the NZ rep for lightforce and nightforce.
It is now no cheaper buying NF in Aussie as in NZ we have made the prices allowing a 10% exchange rate and 5% GST to be the equivalent Aussie price.
