Burris 2-7 scope wouldn't focus. It arrived on a rifle I purchased, sent back to NZ importers and 3 weeks later a brand new burris 2-7 arrived. Cost me $5 postage to send old one back, very good service.

Had a couple of notable issues with Swaro gear, but all up really good service from them.
Swaro Z3 4x12x50 3 years of problems, they replaced it free of charge with a new one after a second trip to Austria for repair was suggested.
EL10x42 just back from Austria, serviced and repaired diopters were stuffed from too much grit. My bad. Free of charge, they are mint.

    Swarovski.

Sent my SLC away because the armour on them was peeling off.
Got them back in the mail today, immaculate. And free of charge.
Klaus if you’re on here, appreciate you. Keep up the great work as a NZ Rep

Fenix! Replaced my headlamp with brand new one after 2 years of use. The main power cable crapped out. Easy as to deal with.

How long did yours take? I sent mine away with a Samsung Smart Tag with them so I knew exactly where they were at all times. Interesting how much time the actual repair at Swarovski took vs how much time they spent sitting around in NZ doing nothing...

Athlon, bought a second hand scope on TM. 1st shot the parallex broke.
Contacted the importer, 2 weeks later had a brand new one . Cost me the postage to send the old one to Auckland.

Macpac, Wifes pack from 1980's. Son started using it and the strap pulled out of the frame.
Took it to their local store and 10 days later it was fully repaired, free of charge.

Hey bro, sent them to Klaus on the 19th of May, Swaro received them on the 13th of June and they had them assessed for repair on the 24th of June and they shipped them back on the 1st of July (got them a few days ago now)

Zip broke recently on my Duston Xmid 1. Their 2 year warranty states it doesn't cover zips, I emailed them anyway and received a new fly one week later. They even covered shipping. Bloody beautiful

Hikmicro that blanked out. Clip on thermal a few years old and has done the miles. They paid courier both ways and turned around in a week. Replaced sensor and no charge.

I had a fault with my Vortex Diamondbacks a few years ago. Contacted Skippersmate/Cooee Bay, who I’d purchased them from and they were great to deal with. Also dealt with Extravision, who I’m assuming are the local agents for Vortex, and they were also great. Had a problem during the process as NZ Post managed to lose them when I posted them back and it took a while for them to find them. Once NZ Post sorted out their blunder and got them returned it wasn’t long til I received a new replacement set of binos. So +1 for Skippersmate and Extravision, -1 for NZ Post.

Burris scope. 1.5-6x42 Electrical fault on red dot. Sent back got a call did I want a higher magnification version with red dot (3-15) or none illuminated low power (2-10) with better glass

Markhor pack, probably 10years old, the webbing on the harness and compression straps rotted and failed. They asked me to send it back. They had someone replace all the webbing and straps on it and sent it back. Did take a while but they did worn me of the time. (over Xmas).
Really odd as my other Markhor pack and gatters are fine and have had more use.

Subaru Levorg (dont give me any grief OK, I wanted A WRX wagon). Was not happy with the suspension, damping rates all wrong, come over a juderbar and coming down it would crash the bump stops in the front. Got my local Sublab owner onboard and Subaru NZ changed the struts and springs, I payed for labour and they provided the parts.

Swarovski Z5 - lost turret, sent it to the rep who sent it to Austria to get repaired. I got it back as good as new with a cap and heaps of magasines and no charge. Great service.

I had a Samsung cell phone, the screen kept locking every time I used it. I took it into Spark Oamaru where I bought it, they looked up their records which showed I had it for 18 months.
The young Phillippino lady gave me a phone on loan and sent mine away, got it back after a week just like new with a new screen and updated software with no charge. The lady was great to deal with and so helpful.
