Haha, yes , sorry boys, been away at squash. Don't stress, it's nothing fancy, it's a Chinese copy of a Chris Reeve Sebenza, Aliexpress for $12!

Actually really surprised how well made it is, was expecting absolute junk and this actually feels way better than my Gerber folder.

The "ouch" about that BR is the NZD330 landed. Its a great knife though.
I've got a very old Master Hunter and its been a faithful old knife. I use it for cleaning up heads and rough work. Stands up to it well. Mine is their carbon steel model. I expect that their stainless models are pretty shitty. There is some crap Chinese stainless being used in knives nowadays, and I think that the Cold Steel knives are made in China now.

Thanks tahr. They have some quite cheap knives I see. But the two I'm looking at are VG-1 and San Mai III steel. About $225 & $240 on blademaster

I would sell you a good Bark River for $250. Gunny Hunter in 3V with impala handle. Perfect used condition.

I have a CS Master hunter VG1 San Mai III, and it's a beast of a knife. It keeps a good edge, but can be used to cleave through bones etc without chipping the VG1 steel core. Downside is that it's reasonable heavy, but you get that with a thick solid blade.

@puku Got a cold steel pig sticker (can't remember model, big bugger) really good, doesn't hold an edge for to long being stainless but can get it pretty sharp with a quick steel. Some of the demo videos online are crazy, can remember a guide using one to stab a wounded buff.

That number 3 looks a lot like a loveless drop point.
Now that was a good knife.
