Most of my current gear is Stoney Creek and has served me well, what I do know is that it works well in drizzle and any hint of it pissing down I high tail it back to the hut quick smart.:D
Not because it's shitty gear, just I cant be arsed hunting or fucking around in a downpour.

Good cuffs with Velcro
Waterproof pockets
Hood with wire in the peak
I think they are about $250 as well. Pretty competitive pricing and they're awesome with posting stuff right away.
I don't own any waterproof SC gear but wear a wind proof fleece of theirs (actual women's gear) every single day and also their "Uma Thermal" almost every work day too.
