    My first aid/emergency kit. It all fits in a small pouch (16.5 x 11.5 x 7cm).

    - Aspirin
    - Codeine
    - Ibuprofen
    - Paracetamol
    - Dextrose tablets
    - Aquatabs
    - Celox
    - Gauze
    - Betadine
    - Elastoplast
    - Dermabond
    - Surgical tape
    - Knife (spare)
    - Headtorch/batteries (spare)
    - Matches/firelighter/tinder
    - Foil sleeping bag
