Another vote for the MKM, I have singlets and the sleeves, you can also get a thermal by them. I wear mine every day I am not at work, and most evenings after work, singlets in the warmer months and sleeves in the winter. I used to wear fleece a fair bit, but since getting onto MKM, I have given most of my fleece away and only kept a bit of high vis stuff that I wear when I need to.
I get my Swannies from the big op shops like St Vincent de Paul etc. You can usually find one the right size on first attempt and they are usually under $50.
