I don't use it myself, but Federal Blue Box is well spoken of by shooters here.

I assume you are talking about some sort of 7mm center fire ammo for deer etc?

Nah, looking at waterfowl ammo. Have been disappointed in Eley the last few years so want to see what other shooters are using. I've settled on my 7mm ammo, cheers.

I use Falcon. It is made in NZ and it patterns well (and kills as well as anything else I've used).

Yep I use falcon when available, went to 2 3/4in 35g I think it is,found it killed just as well as the 3in shells with less recoil and not as much muzzle blast for evening shooting.

and I bought a slab of it and didnt rate it at all...we shoot open water and a lot of our shots are getting out a bit...
gamebore 3" in #3 is awesome
    Kent 3" or 2 3/4" in #2-3-4 is great
winchester XPERT is AWESOME fullstop.....havent found a load of it that doesnt work well
falcon 3" in #2s is good on geese or parries

I rate speed over payload...happy with 32grms doing 1500fps all day long in either shell length.

May look into the Falcon or Gamebore. Gamebore 2 3/4 are deadly. Kent dont go well with my gun.

Used B&P 2 3/4 32grain last season. Really happy with it. Knocks them out of the sky well and clean burning. Their lighter stuff goes well on pigeons as well.
Have been happy with falcon in the past and made in Timaru so keeping it local which is good

    Agree with Mickey Duck
Anything 1500 FPS and higher 2/3/4 . My preference is 3inch #2’s hi speed Kent and winchester expert. Winchester expert tends to be cheaper.
We use both on Mallards and Geese and I wont change to anything else easily

I go with falcon 3inch 36gram of #4 would go with the 2/34 35gram stuff if I saw it in store. Haven't even had my yearly count up on ammo. Even thinking of going to 32 gram load. I remember reading somewhere that gamebore and Kent are the same factory same load just different branded same goes for the Remington stuff is made by B&P apparently
