Up like a sparrow this morning. Although didn't sleep much. Luckily missed getting covid from the apprentice .unfortunate for him he actually going to miss opening he shoots north somewhere .glad the rain has stopped in auckland .at least we can get in dry.way too much stuff as per usual. Looking forward tobthis season.some different weather.hot barrels guys stay safe .

Got a wave of inspiration on Wednesday and built a false floor for the ute.
Dog has a nice warm place to hang out in on the way home when all wet and stinky without having to slide all over the place.
Convenient place to store guns where they wont have said wet dog on them and the bonus is it aids in compliance with new regs.
Fingers crossed this weather stays shitty for one more day.

Big eels! If it is calm I whack a barbless hook on the decoys and they are soon being towed around the pond for movement.Works are treat and ya can eat the eel after, when the dog brings the decoy in at the end of the evening. Originally Posted by Black Rabbit

Nice. They are all over the place up here. Mooching on horse feed.
It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
