    It seems to me that this is just a "stay of execution" ie. they have kicked the problem back to F&G NZ to get a ruling. The fight is not over, but it is a ruling that can be referred to if other councils look at introducing the sub-guage lead ban - so good on you Southland hunters who had an imput.
