    Accurate Reels

Anyone have experience? Good, bad, etc?

Looking at their overhead reels for jigging kingies, Valiant series in maybe 500N size

A mate used a few on his charter boat that had a reputation for kingi fishing on Coromandel. Those reels took a real hammering , but are still going strong as recreational tools 8 to ten years on

Used one for jigging for last 10 years IMO they Bullet proof reels and if well looked after should last a lifetime of recreational use

The Accurate 870N 2-speed is one of my favourites as I can use it for bottom-bouncing if I'm not jigging. I swapped out the original accurate handle-knob for a jigging master and then like it as much as my OJ 4000p. I have the accurate paired to a JM 3 Kings special as the OJ is usually paired to a JM Enchanter special.
