About LinkBackstry a whitebait type fly..tied about a meter up from your toby...two ways to do it. either tidy swivel and thread fly on above it,curve of hook towards main line so it tucks in....or have about 8" of line out to side,either a loop..not so flash of again tiny swivel and leave a long tag end..... beauty of this is it looks like toby is chasing the smelt/bait...you will have 50% hook ups on fly/spinner but be bloody careful when go to net fish as that other hook in net and fish not in and your in the shit...Originally Posted by stingray
