    Taupo Jigging

    From the kayak at spot X lake taupo - over Two mornings 11 fished hooked - 8 landed - 5 kept - I took home two on Saturday and three on Sunday - bloody foot balls - compare the two in the back of the fridge to the one in front from the Big T..! all fish where in good nick with kura & smelt in there bellies - flesh bright red better than a farmed salmon .....     I am sure I have seen this before. Did you post this thread twice Roy?
    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
    Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
    Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
    Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
    Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
    Rule 5: Check your firing zone
    Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
    Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms

    Nice fresh fish there. Didn't get a chance to fish over the Weekend. But caught 2 nice fish thru the week. Have you tried the trout in Coconut cream and lemon, 1 of my favourite recipes. I see that you are a Kayak fisher as well

    Yea for some reson it went up twice , not sure why - This "IT" bisso isn't my strong point - Im not the sharpest tool in the shed when it comes to this stuff
