    Coleridge - Lake Lyndon

    Afternoon,

    Heading to the West Coast next week from Mid Canterbury. Does anyone know if the road through to Lake Lyndon is open all year round?

    The Lyndon road is open. It only really closes after heavy snow or snow melt softening the road so its not drive-able for 2wd.

    They often have a sign up 'Road Closed' but I've been through several times when that signs up. As above if there's snow around make sure you're equiped for it.
