    Is this a new thing the mods have done ? or have we been hacked by one of those spamming shitbags.
    If the mods have done it to raise some money then I shall persevere, but if it's one of those dirty spamtwats well...... FEEL THE WRATH OF MY CAPS

    Actually I only got 1 pop up when I got into the forum then no more. Very large adds on the main page so yeah I think you might be right about google Gibo

    It’s normal to use here at my end

    Ads are the last thing we need

    I will look into to see if a bug had landed somewhere and crush it mercilessly

    Doesn't really work like that. The spamtwats are typically just bots that have been able to fool any captchas on the signup page (maybe with a bit of human help) to create an account. They are then a member like anyone else and, they're free to start threads and post like anyone else, until a mod bans the account. There's no "hacking" going on.

    Would be good if one of the mods could chime in on why Google Ads are now being injected. Thought this shit was meant to be reserved for guests?

    Suggest uBlock Origin for anyone who can install it. I know you can on Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. Gets rid of 99% of the crap straight away.
