Just curious, is the 300m range target half as big again as a 200? IE how wide are the bull and circles on the 200 and is the 300 1.5x larger?

If that is the case and you know what sizes you are after if you get a 200m target and enlarge it by half then print it out in portions on a normal printer and stick it to a piece of card or paper, you could make your own.

Or draw your own one out using the sizes, cut it into A4 size pieces, scan each and print them out, tape them together and viola...or get them copied at somewhere like warehouse stationary in A3.

Bob, here are some dimensions (in inches) for a 300 yard target if you have no luck with NRANZ you may be able to get a local printer with a A0 sized printer to print some for you.
    300 Yard Targets

SR-3 - Enlarged aiming black for use in 300 yard rapid fire matches only. Scoring rings the same as the SR target, with the 8-ring in the aiming black.
    X ring 3.00
    10 ring 7.00
    9 ring 13.00
    8 ring 19.00
    7 ring 25.00
    6 ring 31.00
    5 ring 37.00

This is something quite different from the topic which is 300 metre targets. These dimensions that you have posted are used no where else in the world except that septic sore on the planet, the Nazi states of America.
Every other country uses the ICFRA target for international competition and may use another for domestic competition. The ICFRA target dimensions can be downloaded from their website.ICFRA - Home Page
The ISSF 300 metre target, which is used worldwide (and possibly by a few enlightened souls in the US), has an aiming mark 600mm in diameter. The x ring is 50mm in diameter and the 10 ring is 100mm in diameter. The other scoring rings ripple out in 100mm gains so that the rings are spread exactly 50mm apart.

300 metre targets in use at Te Puke rifle club.
The yellow sticker is the shot marker so the shooter can see the position of their last fired shot when the target is raised.
