    Ballistics caculator app.

    Hi all.
Any advice on the best ballistics calculator app for a smart phone?
I want to be able to enter caliber, velocity, BC, zero range etc and get a table for dial up in MOA.
A free one would be best if there is a good one out there.
    Cheers.

The best free one is strelok but part with 10 bucks and get shooter or bullet flight.

The Nikon Spot-on one is pretty good too.

Its just easier to use ben. Its far clearer to read and more straight foward . In saying that if your to dutch to buy the app strelok is accurate as far as ive used it out to 500

Argh! I have a copy of shooter if you want? If you don't mind a bit of piracy. Works perfectly. PM me with email if you want to try it out. Donate to them later if you like it.

Ballistic FTE uses the JBM ballistic libraries, which has proven to be more accurate for me when engaging beyond 800m. BulletFlight is really simple and easy to use and for the reason I often suggest it for folks who want a basic app, but I found it was having trouble as I started shooting extended distances. All of these inexpensive apps are great, but they still lack the BC fine tuning you'll find in the more high-end apps and as far as I know none use the more accurate Point Mass solver algorithm.

Yup, works fine for me, 223 on rabbits out to a decent range. Has zillions of reticles available, and it's free.

It just depends how much pissing around you want to do out in the field ranging and getting decent ballistics results when whipping out your phone all the time - dust, wet, dirt, etc.
