Thread: E cat endorsement question

something i don't see mentioned here.
You do not need E cat endorsement holders as referees for an E cat endorsement. the referees i used were my father and my uncle, as they were the ones who taught me all my firearms handling and safety when i was growing up, they were the best referees i could have. I had no issues with them used as referees, and neither of them have E endorsement, or could probably tell u what one is or means.
