No this is for Scotland. It isn't a legislation, just that the game buyers wants carcasses shot with copper. Effectively the same in Norway, but the change is slower.

The meat buyers rules sound like perfect reason to try the lighter monos if allowed. A fast 70-80grn mono has to be a valid option.

Good gear review as always. US companies can’t make a functional piece of clothing it seems. I always want to try something new but have a hard time buying clothes. I dont want elastic cuffs and I don’t want elastic waist bands on coats and the dang things better keep wind out but that seems to be too big of a request. Decent pockets would be nice also but that’s a foreign concept also. A jacket to keep your butt dry? No way man, that’s not stylish for wearing around town.

Yes I’m picky about this stuff but if I’m spending the money on it I better like it 100%.

I do like that straight pull bolt, very slick. much cleaner to use than my lever actions for prone shooting and faster than my traditional bolt action.

My huntech butchers coat furfills most of that criteria.adding full length zip to it turned a good coat for really cold damp day into a plurry good but of kit to wear anytime. Opened up I can dump heat or not get too hot to start with.

I had to look this up. Good on you for the alteration and making it work.

Here’s how clothing works in the US. The wife and I have rain coats. They don’t even cover your butt. You’re lucky if they cover half of your butt. I thought the whole point of a rain coat was to stay dry? Call me crazy.

Biggest game dealer in Scotland is a Danish crook.
