    Definitely a bolt action 22LR, a secondhand one will be totally adequate.

    Norinco or TOZ if you want to save money
    Marlin, Savage or Ruger for middle of the road
    CZ, Tikka, Bergara or Weihrauch for high end
    Anschutz if you have unlimited fund

    A 3-9x40 scope with parallax adjustment would be ideal.

    Suppressed it.
