You have some type of alignment issue with your suppressor.

On any quality suppressor, the POI shift at 100 meters is typically 0 - 10 cm.

    Best Regards!

With my barrel, my POI shifts by a good 10 inches at 100m. That’s with using both a DPT and a hardy stealth. My understanding of it is it alters the barrel ‘whip’ as its 300gm or so hanging right off the end of the barrel. Doesn’t concern me in the slightest as I always hunt and shoot with the can on. Rifle is a genuine 1/2moa setup so it’s not at that end if anyone’s thinking that ☺️

So finally got to have a bit of a play with this and spend a few hours at the range.

Took suppressor apart and no sign of baffle strike or anything like that so back together she went

Pulled out the bushing and went to the range.

Shot 3x 2 shot groups at 50M just to quickly see what was going on. One group with suppressor and all baffles, one with no extra baffles and one with no suppressor.

Both groups with the suppressor were pretty much on each other and the one without suppressor was high. But, without the bushing it was on the paper and much closer to the others than ever before.

Zeroed at 100M. After pulling out the bush my zero was off by several inches. Starting to look good. Group with suppressor on and all baffles in.

Now, shot another quick one with the suppressor on and then with suppressor off. Ignore those little guys in the middle. Spot on 6" high and 1" right. Not ideal but on the paper and miles closer than before.

I would have to think that the bush is off and that's what was causing the massive shifts. Granted there is still a shift but it's able to be dealt to. Really just wanted it close so that if I spook something in the bush sub 50M I can confidently shoot which I now can.

My finnlite 270win shoots 6” high @ 100m without suppressor. The last time I shot a billy in the bush on my way home without the suppressor my ears were ringing for three days, never again or it would have to be a trophy stag of a lifetime.
