    Range time in nelson

    Anyone happen to be going to a range on Sunday and wouldnt mind me tagging along. I would like to sight in my new rife and get some pointers at the same time. I've been trying to get hold of cable bay but no reply. Starting to get desperate as I have a trip planned at the end of the month and am running out of free Sundays. Any help appreciated any any ones time will be reimbursed with a box of cold ones .

    Managed to get out and brave the rain today with the help of pengy and throw some rounds down range. Deffently pleased with the results and dubble pleased i had someone to point out id made the mistake of turning the turrets the wrong way.... pretty amazed at how well the dpt mk2 suppressed the boom of the 7mm rem mag. Trying to upload photo but can't quite get it to work... managed a 1/2 moa group running sako ammo. Once again thanks pengy for you hospitality.

    Hi Pengy, I’m a local nelsonian, do you have your own range that you let others use ? I’m currently overseas fishing but am due gone mid July & would like to get my rifle dialled in before heading out hunting, is there a contact number ?

    Hey mate, your best bet would be to give pengy a private message. Other options is cable bay shooting adventure. Very well set up range that goes from 50m out to 600 if not more. You just need to ring and book a spot on Sundays as that's the only day its available.
