The speeds they put on the box, or on the internet info are basically, always worked off a 24" barrel, and in 308s case with a 1/12 twist. So your Tikka will have a 1/11 twist and a 22 inch barrel, so you can expect to loose ~ 150 fps, which changes things slightly.
As mentioned before By GP have to tune each load and rifle by testing at distance, it's the only way.
