I fired it at 200m. seems to be grouping well-ish with the Hornady ammo. I still believe I can get a tighter group though so well spend a little bit more time on the range. I dropped a pigzilla the other day at 100m. dropped it like water with a shot through the shoulder, so I know it can un-alive animals in a hurry.

Never argue with stupid people, they will drag you down to their level and then beat you with experience.

Not as big as a skip bin but filled a reasonable hole in the freezer.

I don't weigh them anymore but the backometer put him at about 120-130lbs.

Oneshot, you have bought disgrace and shame on 270 owners. All 270 owners know and respect the code - that pigs should only be shot in the head or neck out to 100 - 130 metres and thereafter they are to be shot just behind the front leg. Never but never through the shoulders. First you clearly demonstrated your skill and ability on a hare, only to dash our admiration on the splintered bones of a shoulder shot boar !!!!

Apologies I didn't realise there was a code I shall make up for it next time by aiming for a well placed noggin shot. It did make him deader than a dead thing though
