Thread: TACSOL OWYHEE T/Down Bolt action 22LR Review

Hi Guys fitted a new scope to the OWYHEE
a MTC Swat Prismatic 10x30 these have zero eye relief but a great field of view
all you have to do once set up is change the focus on the side to get a very crisp view at any range
However while sighting the 22lr in using the CCI 40 grain h/p subs after 5 shots NEW BOX of ammo
i had failure to eject the empties ,easy to do by hand just unclick the barrel and use a finger nail
case was rather tight inside the chamber. i polished the chamber as this bang stick hasnt had a lot of work
another 5 shots of the CCI subs it was doing the same thing Ejector looks O K
Now this is what i came on here to say started shooting the Norma TAC-22 after clearing the last of the cci stuff
ejected great even after 15 shots in a row and man do these bullets run true in this barrel
i thought the cci subs ran well but these little blighters shoot really bang on as @ 100m it got boring
went back to 75m @ some airgun swingers that will set when the top is hit . these targets are rather small
but had a lot of fun resetting .. i will have to look for some Norma of this weight in Hollow point to wack wabbits
