From some of the videos it looks like not many people use suppressors in NZ, is this due to the extra weight you have to carry?
When you say that big, they only measure 6"/15cm, so not very big really, the brow tines are over 1cm which is what gets a lot of the scoring. This is the biggest muntjac I have ever shot, although I saw a massive one in the same woods only 2 days ago!!! This was shot at my Aunties small holding near Coventry in the Midlands of England. They were introduced accidentally by the Duke of Bedford in the early 20th century, I believe he is also responsible for some of the deer that are roaming NZ as well?
