    hey yas

    quick one to say g'day.
found myself redirected here on a few of my google searches.
been pretty helpful actually.. cheers everyone for sharing some good info & a bit of banter.

i got old, fat & unfit along the way working on computers in the big smoke & raising a family.
my kids are grown up now & i have some time on my hands again to do whatever i want so i chose hunting.(done a little bit in the past)

i've started stalking now in thick steep bush i've only done 4 hunts over the last 6 weeks & nothing in the freezer yet(except 2 goats for the dog), i like it. i spent 18 hrs stalking this weekend for a 3 second window of opportunity which i fluffed somehow, but i know i just gotta put in the mahi, learn as much as i can & pay my dues.

i drive over 4 hours to my chosen area & sleep in my wagon & i get into the bush by dawn.

theres something satisfying about it all, i feel good.

anyways sorry for the long drivel.. have fun & safe hunting people.

    peace..

Welcome to the forum Bubble. Glad you floated on in.
Don't just think goats are for the dogs as they can be very tasty if you look after them.
That fluffing it episode will have taught you a lot, so keep at it and you will reap the rewards.
