    New here

    Hi all,
    After prowling on here for some time I finally registered.
    Moved over from South Africa 9 years ago at the age of 16. Grew up around some guns. Shot air rifles from a young age and the old man always had his 357 magnum/38 special revolver handy.
    Decided to finally get my gun licence late last year, followed by 3 rifles, Webley and Scott X22 (22lr), Norinco SKS (7.62x39) which needed some work and a Sako A7 in 270 with full over barrel suppressor by Gunworks (purchased 2nd hand).
    Been shooting pests around my parents and their neighbours sections in McLaren Falls area and hoping to get into some hunting and be shown the way.

    Look forward to participating more and getting to know more people in the know.

    Welcome.
    It takes 43 muscle's to frown and 17 to smile, but only 3 for proper trigger pull.
    What more do we need? If we are above ground and breathing the rest is up to us!
    Rule 1: Treat every firearm as loaded
    Rule 2: Always point firearms in a safe direction
    Rule 3: Load a firearm only when ready to fire
    Rule 4: Identify your target beyond all doubt
    Rule 5: Check your firing zone
    Rule 6: Store firearms and ammunition safely
    Rule 7: Avoid alcohol and drugs when handling firearms
