    I bait them with beef fat from the local homekill outfit. 30-40kg a week. That one had been showing and feeding up for a good couple of months. The sows and young boars tend to stick around. The older boars have their beat and come every 3-5 days.

    Yeah, looked like Sambar to me too @Sarvo but as @BeeMan is in Whakatane I wondered if he'd had his trail cam out on the Horomanga.

    Yep Samba. We have quite a sizeable herd roaming through Matahina, Tarawera and Rerewhakaitu. Just happens to bee right on my doorstep.
