Of late I've been having a smoothie for breakfast, on the way out the door, and coffee at work.
Goji berries
Chai seeds
2 wheatbix
Banana or frozen berries
LSA (ground up linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds)
Plus a couple of squares of Whittaker s chocolate
Sometimes some youguit
Topped up with full fat milk.
Tastes all good and apparently it's OK for you
