Plenty of good advice on here so far.Never worry if you put one on the ground and arnt confident at the start to bone out as you can still carry it out whole .....the world wont end if you do.Tv wild also has a good little vid on boneing out in the field.Ive got a friend who dose home kill so I asked to go around next time he was prosesing deer and its all hands on and an easy way to learn quick.Or go hunting with a experienced hunter and watch an learn.Sharp knife! and don't nip the gut bag
