    You got me there I haven't used a trivet so far
    This thing came with one
    Chicken comes out nice spatchcocked the skin is disipointing but I never eat it anyway
    Pretty happy heading into soup season with this new toy

    After reading this went and got one cooked a duck best one I have ever done ,wild pork roast last night 30 minutes pressure cooked falling off the bone big fan the thing is awesome

    They’re bloody good. Used one at my mates place in May when I was camp cook during a big fencing mission. I got a good education in all the different functions, it’s pretty clever. Goat curry, wild pig casserole, a beef rib roast, all sorts, all cooked with hard vegetables and all came out absolutely bloody perfect. Thumbs up from me.
