    Try Panco instead of bread they go golden Brown I dip in seasoned egg then in Panco and shallow fry yummmm

    What is also pretty good is substitute salt and vinegar chips for the breadcrumbs dont crush down too much.

    i just had crumbed hapuka fried in butter for dinner it was horrible you guys wouldn,t like it so i better eat the rest
